I really like weird comics and weird American have nothing on crazy weird Japanese Manga. If you want proof of this check out the AX manga collection from the library. Sakabashira's art is really amazing and the detail in each page is incredible. This story makes very little sense but for the 15 minutes it will take you to flip through it, I think it is well worth your time.

Almost no dialogue, almost no story, almost no reason to look at this.

Very, very weird. There's actually very little story and almost no text, just strange monsters and cops chasing a guy on a scooter accompanied by a little critter carrying a box with a creature in it.
