The final part of the Pure Trilogy and it falls apart. The pace is lost as some of the charaters become to close for no other reason than there was nothing else to do. The conflict within the dome seems forced, and you really don't get to explore the landscape once you get closer to seeing how others survived the bombing. Any more and I'll spoil it. It does get hard to read due to the fractured pace that takes over the narrative, but ending is mildly satisfying.

The exciting conclusion. I loved this series, which has been compared to the Hunger Games. While both books are post apocalyptic societies, each author has created a world quite different from the other. Through the books, you become very drawn to each character with their faults and strengths. A delightful series. Hopefully Ms. Baggott will continue with future stories in this realm.
