Add a CommentThis is the first book that I read about travelling people. Very interesting and the author managed to provide some insights into their life and how it’s organized. I love reading books that open a new aspect of a different culture or people who are different from me. This would be one of those. One star off because the novel becomes somewhat cheesy towards the end.
Told in the first person from the boy's point of view. The story of a young motherless gypsy boy and his larger family. I found the novel to be too ponderous a read. I like something that moves a little faster.
